Sales Training Brisbane – Practice

Here is another great little article that espouses the benefits of practise. There are so many gems in this article, including;

  • Less effort in one domain means more effort can be given in others (i.e. if a salesperson is practised in the questions they will ask, in giving key explanations and in leading sales conversations, they can spend less effort on recalling what to say next and allocate more effort to really ‘tuning into’ the other person)
  • You are getting better and better, even when you can’t tell you’re improving
  • Space your practice out. Don’t cram. (i.e. regular practice and review is the key)
  • Effective practise involves learning from mistakes (get started and learn and improve as you go)
